MOM compliance for supplied labour: the 6 checks every main-con should run

Bringing in supplied crews on short notice? Here's the 6-item checklist that keeps your MOM audit and site safety officer happy.

Manpower supply is a legitimate, MOM-recognised model — but the paperwork matters. Main-contractors who skip these six checks end up with stop-work orders, not just fines.

The 6 checks

1. Valid work permit for each deployed worker, matching the project sector. 2. Trade-specific certification (rigger, signaller, first-aider, etc.) where required. 3. Safety orientation induction issued within the last 12 months. 4. Insurance — WICA and PL that names the deployed site. 5. A signed deployment order with named workers and reporting supervisor. 6. A daily attendance record signed by the site foreman.

LocaSupply hands over all six items as a single deployment pack the morning workers arrive on site. Nothing to chase, nothing to file.
